On August 1, 2014 - In Superior Court of the State of Washington in and out for the County of Spokane “Order DENYING Defendant Spokane Civic Theatre’s motion for Partial Summary Judgment RE At-Will Employment and Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing.” Case No. 13-2-02907-8
I will be posting a status update with direct quotations from the defendants in the near future that I believe will shed some light to those that have been following this story. My hope is to keep this piece under 1,000 words so those of you who are interested will read it and/or share it. Thank you friends and family for your ongoing love and support these past 14 months.
